Your vision.
Script to Release.
A bigger vision for the full filmmaking journey.
Release 1 starts with the script: reviewed versions, clear changes and crew-ready scenes.
A revised script shouldn’t
leave the team behind.
Keep scene requirements, planning and decisions connected
to the accepted draft and its recorded history.
Separate records make the next decision harder.
Follow the work from reviewed scenes to production records.
Plan with context.
Move with clarity.
Connected operations for the people
turning a screenplay into a production.
Start with the script.
Import PDF, Fountain or FDX. Review detected scenes and correct draft details before acceptance.
Know what every scene needs.
Tag source text, organize items and variants, and connect requirements to the right department.
See the work ahead.
Review scene complexity and risk indicators with visible drivers based on saved production facts.
Build a plan that connects.
Assign scenes and resources to shoot days. Surface availability conflicts before confirming the plan.
Keep the day in focus.
Prepare printable call sheets, track daily reports, and record actuals and disruptions.
Keep changes deliberate.
Work with approved baselines, recorded spend and impact reviews. Proposals wait for an authorized decision.
A strong first chapter.
A shared production foundation.
Release 1 connects screenplay versions, changes, the script workspace and scenes—turning the script into crew-ready scene information, with people reviewing the handoffs.

What is the vision for StoryOPS?
Script to Release: a connected filmmaking journey from screenplay through production, post-production and release. This is our long-term vision. Release 1 focuses on the script-to-shoot-day foundation.
What does Release 1 focus on?
Screenplay versions, Changes, Script workspace and Scenes. Keep drafts and source history, compare edits, read and tag the script, and confirm source-linked scene information for the crew.
Which screenplay formats can I import?
PDF, Fountain and FDX. Detected scenes remain in draft review until an authorized person accepts the version.
Does AI make production decisions for me?
Suggestions stay proposals until reviewed. People confirm, edit or dismiss them. Ambiguous scene matches require human review; impact proposals do not automatically change the approved plan.
What does auditing cover?
Owner/admin audit history records events, actors, timestamps and changed field names. Reasons and revision context are recorded where the workflow provides them. Audit summaries exclude screenplay contents and submitted values.
Can I compare screenplay revisions?
The workflow compares accepted drafts, retains earlier versions and preserves matched scene history. Ambiguous matches remain for a person to resolve.
What can I export?
Scene and department CSV, production-control CSV/XLSX, restricted owner/admin structured-record JSON, and browser print where available. Permissions and entitlements vary by output.
Which languages are supported?
Screenplay import accepts English, French and Spanish. The interface is English-only; French and Spanish parsing quality has not been reviewed by native speakers.
